    if the law is not sensible, take it back to parliament and make it sensible…individuals have no right to do that or to make amendments as they see fit…live a lie and u start believing that lie…..for heavens sake wake up…

    Well if their posts was retracted and new employment chits with new portfolios were given by the CSC then there is no illegality.

    The High Court has ruled that parts of the Civil Service Law are not compatible with the Constitution. So as an indepedent institution the Civil Service Commission can rule out the parts of the law which are not practical. This law was adopted by the parliament of the previous regime in haste. Rule of law can only be established with laws that are sensible. This law is not.
