Presidential Election: Was it democractic?

Minivan News:

“Election-related legislation does provide the basic conditions for democratic elections,” the statement says, but it adds: “the requirement to meet unrealistic deadlines took precedence over good electoral practice.”

    i say it was not completely democratic. not because the candidate i support did not win it, and not because maumoon got a majority of votes…but because several people were deprived from their right to vote!
