Police have arrested four teenage boys who raped a 14-year-old girl in Noonu atoll Holhudhoo and arrested two other teenagers for involvement in the crime, the Maldives Police Service has said. [….]

“According to the doctor’s report, the girl had suffered very serious injuries at the hands of the attackers,” Mannaan said. “She is still undergoing treatment at a hospital.”
