Trust begins exactly there. Not in strategy. Not in KPIs. But in feeling valued.

When people feel seen, they show up differently: more open, more honest, more courageous. A team that feels valued trusts the one who values them.

This truth appeared everywhere I have worked: from Damas to Medica, from Lhaviyani AEC staff rooms: When people feel valued, culture rises.

That is the energy that made us attain the impossible – time after time, in our quest to spread education across the country; when I worked at the Ministry of Education. We not only did it by ourselves, but with the trust and confidence of partner agencies who trusted and put their confidence in us.

Trust grows when people experience the leader’s heart before the leader’s expectations. Thanks to Dr. Ahmed Anwar, who led us then.
