At our recent All Heart Meet Up today, the theme was Power of Feminine. We gathered across screens, holding space for one another in uncertain times. The conversation began with a reminder: the world may feel restless, but these are moments to grow stronger within. As Karan Bahel said at the start, “Our situations were never in our control. Times like these break our illusion of certainty: and bring us closer to reality.”

And serve forward is exactly what I witnessed from three coaches who shared their journeys.

One teacher-coach recalled how her laptop failed just before a major school session. Instead of collapsing into panic, she paused, breathed, borrowed a device, and delivered ninety minutes of presence and joy. Her story was less about technology and more about inner steadiness: the courage to pivot with grace.

Another voice came from HR. He spoke of leading happiness workshops for over 15,000 employees online. Even on days when his health was low, he discovered that serving others gave him new energy. “When I give, my oxytocin rises,” he said. His passion is slowly becoming his purpose.

Then an architect introduced himself: not just a designer of buildings, but of healing homes. Infusing Ayurveda into architecture, he creates spaces that nurture well-being. His craft itself has become a form of care, reminding us that happiness is not abstract: it can be built into walls and windows.

Different paths, one essence: happiness coaching is service. Not waiting for perfect conditions, but lifting people wherever we stand: with classrooms, companies, or homes.

Try this

  • Pause, breathe, pivot. When things fall apart, let calm lead your next step.
  • Serve where you are. Offer a practice to your circle: small ripples become waves.
Turn craft into care. Whatever your profession, ask: how can this lift well-being?
  • The All-Heart Meet Up reminded me: coaching is not only about sessions and slides: it is about holding light in heavy times.

Thank you, Karan Bahel, for your presence and for holding this sacred space for us. Your words at the beginning: about illusions breaking, about our shared vulnerability, about how we are more connected than we think; set the tone for a gathering that left us lifted.

Smile, breathe, and serve forward.
